London should re-brand itself as a health-care hub and become an incubator for entrepreneurship, says a Toronto consulting firm hired to develop a community economic strategy for the city. 'London's Community Economic Road Map' will be presented on Monday to local politics and community leaders, stressing that the city should make medical research and the production of medical products its identity the way neighbouring Windsor is connected to the automotive sector and the Waterloo Region is associated with ICT.
